Counter Notification
If you believe that your content that has been removed (or whose access has been disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, its agent, or under the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter notification with the following information to our designated agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the content that has been removed or whose access has been disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the content.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notice of alleged infringement.

The counter notification must be sent to the designated agent at the above address.

Policy for Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Blue Advertising Limited has adopted a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Blue Advertising Limited may also, at its discretion, restrict access to the site and/or terminate the memberships of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a history of repeated infringement.
